Synopsis
Samsara is the Buddhist cycle of death and reincarnation. If a soul leaves one body to find another, what does it feel? how does it sound? The film is structured in two parts: two worlds, two belief systems, two experiences and inner lives. They are connected by a cosmic thread.
From the Buddhist temples of Luang Prabang (Laos), and living among teenage monks, we accompany a soul in its transition from one body to another through the bardo. The words of the Tibetan Book of the Dead
will guide us, so as not to get lost in the afterlife. A light and sound journey that brings us to being reincarnated on the beaches of Zanzibar (Tanzania) where groups of women work on seaweed farms.
