Concerned about mental health, he is the author of numerous books, including “El humanismo en tiempos digitales” (Humanism in digital times) (2024). The discussion will be moderated by Andreu Estany, psychologist and educator in the psychosocial field with adolescents and young people, yoga teacher and volunteer in bereavement and and end-of-life accompaniment, member of the Nagarjuna Centre.
